V-Fuel Pty Ltd is an Australian company with the Hi-Tech ability to commercialise the Vanadium Redox Battary (VRB) and also an exclusive worldwide license for the latest technology, the new Generation 2 VBr Battery.
Its principal shareholder, Magnam Technologies Pty Ltd is the initial Start-up company that was formed in 2003 by two of the original inventors of the Vanadium Redox Battery Technology (VRB), Professor Maria Skyllas-Kazacos of the School of Chemical Engineering and Industrial Chemistry, UNSW and Mr Michael Kazacos, consultant.
V-Fuel Pty Ltd was established in January 2005 to commercialise the new Generation 2 V/Br Redox Cell, with the support of the Victorian Government funded Centre for Energy and Greenhouse Technologies Pty Ltd.
V-Fuel has an exclusive world-wide licence for the VBr Technology from the University of NSW commercial arm, Unisearch Pty Ltd.
